Checking In

Hello to all .......just joined the forum, bought a complete basket case ZXR400 H1 on Saturday from a local breakers......its now in complete bits ready to be turned into a racer over winter!

Anyway I live in the North West of England and have had loads of different bikes over the years, mainly Fireblades, with the odd ZX9R chucked in for good measure along with my fair share of 2 strokes RGV's etc, oh I did have an FZR400 which was good fun and I can only assume that the ZXR400 is very similar. I also own a mint 1985 Honda NS400R 2 stroke triple, (up for sale if anyone is interested).

I am sure I will be posting up a fair bit and I may even take a few piccys of the bike as it makes very slow progress

i race a zxr400 h1/h2 model so if i can give ya any help in that no probs, im on the Wirral, so not a million miles away from you.
Are you planning on doing aintree and the w100?

yr other post, the h1 swinger splits does'nt it? is that the bit u mean?

Hi Jake.........Thanks for the welcome and the offer of help, I will be taking you up on that one as I start my build! Not decided where to race yet......it will be my first step into the race scene so maybe Aintree or 3 Sisters.

My other post........yes to the split on the swinger......any ideas
