I'm on a few forums and each has a PayPal donation button on them to help with the costs of running the board. I never have a problem sending a few quid every now and again as i realise membership is free and so is the invaluable information contained within the posts.
But, it occurred to me there isn't such a thing here
and WE are ALL getting the use of this space out of somebody's else pocket - now i know they are all right about that as this is their pride and joy but i enjoy being here so propose to make amends to this - what do you think?So, as a starter I want to offer a Ramair box up for auction, this will fit L model bikes with CVK's or FCR's - it might do H models but my own one will for definite
The auction selling price will be donated to the running of the forum ie: I will not take the cost price out of the final selling price
If you have a Paypal account i will ask you to pay MOI directly and all i ask is you then pay me for the postage to you - this will be absolute cost, no packing fee, no walking to the post office fee just what it costs to get it to you! You can choose economy or express.
£20 keeps the board for 1 month but 2 would be better so i am going to set the reserve at £40 with a Buy It Now of £80 - That's 4 months of glorious ZXR400 forum aid
I'll get the box out and take some photos , it is used put undamaged and i will refurb it if someone buys it now - new sealing foam, fine mesh for intake and i will source grommets for passing the cables through ect...
In the spirit of getting this started who'll put in the 1st shout of £20 ?
