got to admit i rarely leave the side stand switch on my bikes, ungly and cause problems, just easy to not have one!

it wont pull away with the side stand down. but if i put a positive up the start wire in the fuse box (yellow/red i think) then it will crank (the alarm splices in there). so atm if i press the remote start with the bike in gear it will jump off the side stand and roll down the road.

so by doing what you have you must be inserting a live feed after the sidestand switch, you need to connect it before . :smt003

yup, i would make sure all switches are working but it sounds like the stand an wires from the clutch are ok (doin there job at least) you need to look further in the bike for the rest i recon its a take the bike half apart joby, ouch. much easyer to leave the auto start out :smt003
