yeah as you can see that emulsifier was well clogged up and inside the carb were it went have you got a vid of your rev gauge while you rev and your hand as you rev. would be good for me to compare it with response wise

cheers steve

silly question is it an import ? as tot he 10k rpm issue as i THINK if you disconnect teh speedo they wont rev over 10k (well on the h they dont) so mayby it has had a reisitor put in place that has come loose?

also they doesnt seem to rev right whatso ever. hopefully just the carbs

And don't rev it that much when it's cold. The rocker arms are made out of soft cheese. And they're 26 quid each for new ones. And there's 16. Food for thought :smt002

They are shimmed using little shims that sit on top of the valves. And can be adjusted without removing the camshafts the rockers just move to one side against a spring and the shim will lift out and you just put a new one in and slide the rocker back...................easy really

sounds like that needs a good carb balancing to me and the clearances done. Revs hang could be a result of unbalanced carbs, but equally it could be the inlets letting air in. Have you done up the clamps nice n tight?
